Right at the lake with beautiful views, great food and wonderful people working there. The cook is exceptional, amazing what she serves! This is an oasis of peace surrounded by the jungle. Much more relaxing to stay at this Hotel after a day of Tikal than at Flores. And it's easier and faster to go to Tikal from here. And in approx. one hour you'll be in Flores. Order a tuk-tuk to El Remote and take a collectivo (every 15 Min.) to Flores. Estuardo and his team were so nice and helped us in anything we needed.

Davvero bella, con un letto comodissimo e gigante, cuscini memory, posizione fantastica e tranquilla, con le sole scimmie urlatrici a disturbare ogni tanto di notte (ma poi mettevo i tappi e non sentivo più, poi era esattamente l'esperienza che cercavo). Anche il bagno, al piano sotto, è grande e molto bello. Ovviamente, essendo aperta, si convive con insetti e varie, ma la zanzariera in condizioni perfette li tiene lontani dal letto.

Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

Las Luciernagas Hotel Boutique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Flores. We stayed at the resort for 4 days. We had a kind welcome by the staff. They helped us with our luggage and gave us a free upgrade to a bigger room. The staff is very friendly and adorable, they helped us in different ways. They were very kind, talkative, helpful, professional, and went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, filling, fresh, and affordable: the yogurt bowl comes with a lot and different type of fruits. The view of the hotel is super nice, with this lake, and the animals like iguanas, monkeys, and squirrels. Definitely the perfect place to relax and recharge your battery! They offer a free boat service in which they pick you up and drop you off at the main island. It was very flexible and they were always on time. They were always very responsive on Whatsapp which was nice. They always replied within a few minutes. The thing that stood out the most was that the attention to the client was very distinguished and this bought to an high satisfaction from our side. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you for the pleasant stay:)

Lovely and well maintained hotel structure, courtyard and pool. The pool was bigger than we expected, very clean and a part of it was under a roof for sun protection. Location was ideal for us: 10 minutes walk to the island Flores Less than 20 minutes walking from the airport - in the early morning still doable by foot because it was not so hot yet. Not far from the public bus terminal to travel to Belize for example . 2 supermarkets next door. Very friendly staff that helped us finding out how to travel to Belize by public bus and let us store food in their fridge. All in all very good value for money

The staff were so friendly and helped us to organise sunset and sunrise tours through the hotel. The sunset tour was lovely but the best part was the sunrise tour. We were the first in the park and had about 30 minutes to ourselves before other groups arrived just listening to the sounds of the jungle. It was an incredible experience and our tour guide was so knowledgeable on the history and the nature. He often stopped us to point out different birds and other creatures. The service at the hotel was impeccable and the staff had plenty of advice for us which was greatly welcomed - as was the late check out after the early start. The beds were huge and the water was hot so it was perfect.

I think it was my favorite hotel in Guatemala! It's right on the lake shore, in a charming white building with blue balconies. It has a kind of colonial-Mediterranean feel. We didn't have a view of the lake, but rather of the city. However, I still enjoyed watching people stroll around in the evenings. They also have a terrace overlooking the lake, where you can go to admire the view. And the restaurant where you have breakfast also faces the lake. The room was good, clean, and very comfortable. And the location is excellent, close to the Peten sign, where all transportation departs. The island is small, but those 10-15 minutes still matter when your bus leaves at 05:00 in the morning.

The two young girls ( Precilia and Yesenia ) and the older man at the reception were suuuuuuper helpful and friendly. Also Lucio, the driver. The food and drinks were delicious ! One of the best pina coladas i’ve ever had ! Osvin and the rest of the staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Last bust not least, the location is great ! It’s just next to the Tikal national park which allows you to be free and really take your time + explore.

La posizione è centrale, situato sulla parte ovest dell'isola, a 2 minuti da dove partono le lancha per esplorare i dintorni. La struttura è pulitissima, molto calma, il personale molto accogliente e pronto ad aiutarti nell'organizzazione per i trasporti. Colazione buonissima! Sono stata benissimo!
