Located 2 km from the centre of Metković, Hotel Metković is situated on the main road, on the entrance to the city. Very helpful staff, made us feel welcome. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner and specially cooked breakfast for us. Wonderful.

Right by State Road 8, with buses to Dubrovnik and Split stopping 20 metres away, Hotel Merlot features an a la carte restaurant with an open fireplace, a wine cellar and a lounge bar. The food was terrific. Additionally, the hotel made the Chardonnay a cherry on our dinner cake.

Dining area was very Comfortable with traditional arts from local artist.. breakfast was also included with a wide variety of choices for all dietary needs. Complimentary coffees are also available throughout your stay .Staff was also extremely welcoming and helpful.. Great central location very close to Sea as well as highways and Hercegovina Border, shopping & gas stations very close. Will definitely be back , highly recommend
