The staff is super helpful with everything. We can highly recommend this place. It was a haven of peace. We spent 3 nights there while doing safaris in Nagarhole National Park. It was like being in paradise after our trip in north India with its bustling cities. We would for sure come back if we are ever going to come back to this region. Amazing place. The hospitality from all the staff especially Divya sujith and Vanya Does not have too many rooms so it's a more intimate setting The property itself is beautiful with lovely views The food was great!! Kudos to the chef... The amount of food they served with every meal was insane Everyone went an extra mile to help you feel like you were home

The Serai is built amidst a large open space overlooking the Nilgiris Mountain. It houses a spa, gym and an outdoor pool. A restaurant is also available. Breakfast was excellent and the food was really tasty. There were both standard Indian fare and the Karnataka ethnic cuisine on offer and we really enjoyed every meal at the facility

Located on the banks of the serene Kabini River, Waterwoods Lodge Kabini features an outdoor swimming pool and water sports facilities on site. Everything was just perfect. Staff was very friendly, helpful and well organized, the room very clean, delicious food and the place just wonderful. Highly recommend!Thank you
