Throughout our stay, we indulged in delectable culinary delights prepared with locally sourced ingredients. The flavorsome dishes showcased the region's gastronomic delights, and we couldn't help but savor every bite. The activities offered by the hotel were diverse and engaging. We explored the area through guided hikes and were rewarded with breathtaking vistas. Additionally, we had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the tranquil ambiance of the spa, which was a blissful experience after a day of exploration. But what truly made our stay remarkable was the personal touch and attention to detail that the staff provided. They anticipated our needs and preferences, making us feel truly valued as guests. Whether it was arranging a surprise anniversary celebration or providing insightful tips for local excursions, their dedication was unparalleled. As we bid farewell to Vallicciola Nature Hotel, we couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude for the unforgettable memories created during our stay. The serene ambiance, delectable cuisine, and the warm hospitality of Antonella, Francesco, Antonio, and the entire team made this experience one we will cherish forever. We left with rejuvenated spirits, promising to return to this little slice of paradise in the heart of Monte Limbara.

Everything was fantastic. The place is an oasis at the top of a mountain. If you’re looking to disconnect, enjoy the peaceful quietness with full comfort, Borgo Lu Puleu is the perfect place. Their breakfast is simply the best I’ve ever had at any hotel I’d been before, the staff is beyond charismatic and the owners are very prompt to help you with anything and recommend you things to do around the island of Sardinia. Their pool is really good, and the many resting corners around the hotel are definitely a plus, although I couldn’t move from the pool-sunset chair in the afternoons where the most gorgeous sunsets can be seen. Another great feature of borgo is the tech free zone/stars viewing place, we went almost every night to watch the Milky Way and many shooting stars. Simply magical. We left Borgo Lu Puleu with a wish to have stayed a little longer.
