The hotel was off the charts. The people and service were amazing, friendly, professional and always helpful. They went the extra mile to help. The facilities (pool, spa, sauna, gym) were all world-class. If you like to work out, bring some gym shorts and shoes as the gym is very well equipped. Or just relax at the end of the day in the rooftop, heated pool as we did. The food was sublime. Breakfast offered everything you could want and dinner was magnificent. A new creative, delicious menu every night with a variety of choices.

We were delayed by floods and they waited for us to check in. The apartment was very spacious had everything you could need (except washing machine, though I was told some apartments do have one). Receptionist was especially nice, she even made a special decorative plate with prosseco and fruit for our honeymoon gift. Breakfast was delicious and plentfull.

We were two families with young kids and the staff were extremely welcoming, even though we weren’t the quietest party. We wanted to extend our stay and they really helped us out with prices and logistics. The on-site playground next to the restaurant terrace is a great for kids to let off some steam in the morning. The suite was spacious and the beds really comfy. Will definitely return there if I’m ever in the area!
