Location was away from the crowed (quite) but not too far, there is a water taxi stand right in front of the hotel. Outside the hotel the most amazing view of Venice. Service was top notch, staff were super friendly and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel building has so much history and character. I will definitely stay in in the same hotel when we return to Venice
