The foreign staff at the reception was friendly. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. Many okonomiyaki restaurants around the hotel.

Amazing room, bathtub on the balcony is next level. Room was new, very testfully decorated and vey spacious for Japan, perfect bathroom with lots of ammenities. Location is also great, 5 minutes from the main train station and 2 minutes from the street train. I would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

We had booked a small sized room for 2 but received a free upgrade from Mr Taka to a wonderful room with Japanese dining area for our 3 night stay. All staff extremely friendly. Recommend !

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. The lady who checked me in spoke really good English and thatcwas very comforting. The room was clean and very large for the area. Located within 1.1 km of Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and 1.1 km of Atomic Bomb Dome, HOTEL PROMOTE HIROSHIMA provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hiroshima. The hotel is within walking distance of the Peace Memorial Museum. Restaurants and tram stops are nearby. Getting to the main station and the port to Miyajima Island is easy and direct. More importantly, the rooms are huge, not only for Japan, but even compared to European hotels. They are also very well maintained and super clean. The bathroom is also very spacious with an automatic bath (you just have to choose the temperature and the water is filled automatically!). There are also washing and drying machines in the hotel. The staff are very friendly and speak very good English.

Situated in Hagi, within a few steps of Kikugahama Beach and 28 km of Akiyoshidai Safari Land, 宵待ちの宿 萩一輪 features accommodation with a garden and as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The staff were all helpful and polite. They went out of their way to make our stay really special. I asked at short notice if a small celebration cake could be added to the evening meal for my partner's birthday. It was too late to prepare that, but still they presented her with a small gift at the end of the meal, beautifully wrapped, which was so unexpected! The Japanese breakfasts were delicious and each ingredient was introduced and explained. The evening meal was wonderful, one of the best meals this month in Japan. The room with western beds and a japanese room was very comfy and clean and the onsen was perfect for a small hotel. Overall the hotel was so relaxing and we felt welcome, even though we only spoke a little Japanese. The beach in front was idyllic and the ceramic shops were great, having a chance to meet the ceramicists . The best hotel vidit so far! Thank you!
