All the staff, with strong service mind, made us warm at heart. The room was clean and comfort. They provide unlimited quality bathroom skit, hanger with small heater, plus CD player. We appreciate everyone, especially Miss Aya and the drivers who always there for us when we need some help. Everything is good and perfect. We love this place. Thank you again.

Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

The best thing is that the day you check out you can leave your bags and do a full or half day and come pick up your things to go, Takumi will gladly drive you to your destination.

From picking us up from our train to helping us with dinner bookings and ski rentals, Julian, Tomoko, and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big breakfast was the perfect way to start the day, with the baths a great way to unwind after a day on the slopes. Easily accessible to 2 great resort areas just out the door. We ate dinner there nearly every night and it was a great way to experience amazing Japanese food.
