I honestly couldn’t wish for more loving and caring hosts. The meals were delicious! The accomodation itself was very clean, spacious and cute. Lots of squirrels and birds outside during breakfast! I have absolutely no complaints.

There were also 3 different styled private onsens (critical as many onsens don't allow tattoos) that are bigger that were first come first serve and we were able to spend 30-45 mins in them every night. The dinners were michelin star status. Six to eight courses of the freshest seafood, shabu shabu, and fruit. We wanted to go hiking and were able to wander around the woods and river immediately surrounding the hotel. It was gorgeous with changing leaves, tons of lady bugs, and many deer. We walked through some of the hotels in the town of Lake Akan and this was by far the nicest, most quaint, and had the most amenities.

Facilities and Rooms are good and comfortable. Room and Bathroom was really clean. I booked Japanese style room which had small cute garden in the balcony and it was great experience. there was shampoo, pillow and aroma bar which you can select. it was great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

The place is super clean. Lawson is closed by. We drive car so it is so convenient that the place has free parking space for us. Everything is so convenient. Actually there is the large living room which we can relax by watching the movie too, but we didn’t really use it.

Rooms were quiet, with a small fridge and a kettle, private bathroom, fresh towels, heating, toothbrushes, slippers, pajamas etc. Wifi worked well and the elevators were quick.
