I loved the location, the scenery from the hotel, the staff were amazing, organization of all the guests and navigating the hotel with staff assistance was amazing. The breakfast was also super fresh, well presented and nothing ever ran out. It was close to the station like literally downstairs. If you didn't prefer the trains, they also had taxi go and the local bus to use.

Located in Unzen, 46 km from Nagasaki Museum of History, H, U,B Unzen - Vacation STAY 01672v provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Great view of the forests and the water reservoir. You also have a Japanese style room where you can have tea for example. There is a small corner with microwave, kettle, sink, a seating area and a fridge with some drinks to buy, you can have breakfast there. Extremely kind owner, downstairs is a coworking space so you can meet all kinds of people. The grocery store and restaurants are a 10-minute walk. Breakfast options are limited in the village and most places only open at 9:00, so stock up on some pastries from the grocery store at the main bus stop. For dinner, Kinugasa cafeteria is highly recommended, they also have vegetarian options, which the other places usually do not. If you want to try a little bit more posh spa other than the traditional public baths, try Unzen Onsen Seiunso Hotel which is around 30 minutes walk or a 10 minute bus ride (the bus terminus is right in front of the hotel). It has both an internal and external spa area. Enjoy!

Amila looked after us so well the whole time and really made us feel cared for and made our stay. Our honeymoon was perfect and so glad we chose Goto Ray Retreat. The team even wrote us a personal congratulations and welcome card for us on arrival! Chef Ko Takahira is a real artist and his food was amazing. He sources fresh fish from the market himself daily which really speaks to the quality of his dishes. We would definitely stay again. Shame we couldn't stay longer. Thank you so much Amila and staff! :)

Hotel sou #sou offers air-conditioned accommodation in Goto. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. At the hotel, each room is fitted with a wardrobe. The room is out of my expectation. It is very clean and clozy. The atmosphere makes me relaxed so much. The owner also provided high quality device, including bluetooth speaker, internet TV, electronic lantern, and more, that I can enjoy myself at night. Palying the music and drink the beer. At first I expect to get a simple room and prepare my academic presentation, but what I actually obtained was the awesome vocation. The owner himself is very hospital, and willing to deal with any problem. At first day, he just inroduced some local cuisines for me and get the phone call instantly to check the seat. He introduce all the devices in person carefully to make sure the visitors can completely have fun on this island. Very nice person. I seldom type comment in English because my native language is Chinese. However, I really this hotel worth to invite more foreigners, so I try to share my opinion in English.
