The staff is absolutely amazing, 100% focus on making your stay pleasant. We went there for a ski trip and it was really convenient. The public bath is great for after skiing, and both dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent, with many good quality choices.

Location amazing, very 1950’s vibe and excellent for relaxing with family with adult children. ski on ski out was great and field excellent for beginners/ intermediate skiers with no queues as at far end of the Shiga fields. Staff professional and friendly. loved our 5 nights.

And the food is just out of this world ; and the chef is so good and such a kind person!!! Great breakfast and just amazing dinner!!! You have to go halfboard!! But the best is the people, all the staff is so kind and helpful, and the manager is the most friendly person ever!!! I had the best birthday ever staying at this hotel !! We have to come back !
