Nice and close to the train station and castle ruins. Loved the hot springs. After the day of exploring I looked forward to a good soak before going to sleep. Breakfast was great and good selection. Staff were very lovely at reception and restaurant.

His name escaped me now, but the staff was the only one. His English was as fluent as l have ever run into over here. He even helped me get my luggage up, and then he walked me to the bus with my luggage on the day l left!!! Big Onion restaurant is the best food l have had in ages l ate there both nights! Green Rich Hotel has AYCE breakfast for 1100yen!!

There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, so it is easy to get dinner or breakfast. The capsules were very spacious, they are tall enough to stand up in and come with a TV, hangers for your clothes and a lockable box. There is a lounge and cafe on the first floor. The cafe closes around 8, but you can use the lounge 24 hours.

The property overlooks the Sea of Japan and is greatly situated to discover the cute and interesting Tottori prefecture. Miki, the manager, is very friendly and attentionate. We had tasty dinners at the property. Also, it is a very good value for money. Highly recommended!
