There are many trails to explore, like SFIHA TELJ, or you can take a scenic walk to the next village. Ibrahim can guide you or provide information and advice about treks in the area. The charming house boasts a magnificent view from the terrace. The food, homemade and some of the best we tried in Morocco, included freshly baked bread, cookies, and tajines. Our hosts were so friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent and lots of it! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, peaceful with a great view! The walk to town is about 20 minutes down and 35 minutes back up. Its not bad at all, but hot in the afternoon and if you are out of shape...frequent pauses. That distance did put you in a perfect peaceful spot with a spectacular view of the city and the mountains around. We came here after the confusion and challenge of Fez and this was a much appreciated retreat! Highly recommend!
