Everything about this hotel was great. Small boutique hotel 9 rooms only 7 of which are sea view we had room N02 top floor. Jero , Myra, Tino and the team are warm and hospital nothing is too much of an issue. All staff make you feel like the family. The facilities etc are great. Food and menu drinks, spot on you must try the Red Snapper. Outside short walk along the road- watch out not lit to all the many restaurants and street food market and stalls. The hotel is quiet and relaxing and far away form the banging dance music We were sorry to leave . will come back. PS GREAT COCKTAILS.

Love the design: modern , stylist , very comfortable. Very tranquil place to relax and reboot. Service was top notch and the food was amazing.

Only thing that needs to be improved are the surrounding roads, but I highly recommend a stay at the Rubi.

Aalada Playa del Carmen is attractively set in Playa del Carmen, and has an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a garden. I absolutely loved everything about this property. So much so that I stayed longer than planned. It is a small intimate boutique hotel, beautifully designed and very very comfortable. My room was lovely, and the wonderful Maria made sure it was clean for me every day. Changing sheets and towels regularly. Although the pool is small, it doesn’t need to be much bigger because it was rarely occupied. The lovely beds are a great place to relax and watch the birds in the tree opposite. The hotel is very close to town, everything is very accessible. The hotel gives you access to sun beds at a local beach club (minimum spend 300-500 pesos). All in all I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily go back. A huge thank you to Maria for being so kind and attentive.

The tranquility hits you as soon as you step foot inside of the Oom Buble boutique grounds. A facility unlike any other I’ve seen in all my travels across Europe, South America or even South East Asia. Easily one of my favourite stays in a long time. We will be returning.

Nice Check in with welcome drinks, amazing experience straight from the middle of the jungle, a perfect place to calm down and stay among nature, very nice staff who make sure you feel as good as possible, Our concierge was Javier, he did a really great job, thanks to him we didn't have to worry about anything he was very friendly, the restaurant serves delicious tacos and drinks, don't forget to take advantage of the temazcal ceremony, which is included in the price of your stay! Very clean, soft and fragrant towels! We will definitely come back here!

Located in Akumal, Itza Hotel Akumal - Dive House features an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Clean, well decorated, quiet, located in the pueblo not far from the ocean (walking distance) which gives an authentic experience. The staff was amazing, ask for a diving class, Lara is the greatest instructor you can ask for ! Highly recommend to stay here !

This is an adult-only hotel, that offers luxury amenities, A/C, a minibar, healthy snacks, 24th security, and room service. One of the best boutique hotels we stayed at. Totally love the vibe, eye for detail, the rooms, the pool, the bar and restaurant. I can totally recommend this to everyone!
