The breakfast included with the room was great, and we ate other meals there too, because every bite was delicious! The attention to detail here is outstanding! The location was perfect for us, but others may prefer to be closer to town.

This is our favorite hotel on a 14 days 8 different cities road trip in Mexico on the whole Yucatan peninsula. Everything was great, the staff, the breakfast, the hotel looks and style and the location too. The bed on the standard room was a little bit too small for me and my girlfriend, because I'm a bigger muscular guy. The staff guy saw this and he offered to me a bigger room with a bigger bed, double upgrade, because that's an awesome suite for the same price. Everybody and everything is professional. We like it hear and we like Merida.

Really nice and cozy hotel with very helpful and nice staff, good suite with nice balcony and pool view, also fabulous the whole area of the hotel and really clean, proper breakfast (coffee, juice, fruits and vegetarian omelette / scrambled eggs with ham / quesadillas). If we'll come back to Holbox for sure choose this hotel again.

Offering two 24-hour pools, one nestled in a cave with salty, hot water, and a second one outdoor in the hammocks area, Hotel Zentik Project is situated in Valladolid in the Yucatán Region, 39 km from... This property is fantastic. It’s like a mini boutique resort with so many facilities, many of them quirky and unique, but at the same time so tranquil. For the price it was excellent value. The room was large, airy, very clean and had travellers in mind, e.g multiple clothes hooks for towels, suitcase racks, spaces for storing items. The activities on site included a tour of the tortoise nursery (a must!), a gong bath, not to mention the fantastic underground cave with saline swimming pool. We also paid for massages which were excellent and super relaxing, clean and professional al spa. The staff were also excellent - very attentive, friendly and helpful. Properly the best service we’ve received on our two week holiday whilst in Mexico. On site restaurant had a great menu with a variety of local and classic dishes, high quality cuisine. Do not hesitate to stay here! A little out of the main centre but 6mins by taxi, only 20 mins to some of the best centres in the area.

Location was amazing on the beach and walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly and accommodating every day. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again our next time in Tulum.
