Instant response and even good morning texts with tips about everything made this visit very comfortable. The room was extremly clean and the quality was amazing. I have never experienced anything so priceworthy ever, a lot of value for your money spent. The room also had everything you might need like soap, water, coffea, tea and so on. Great shower and the bed was amazing. The place also felt very safe even though it was situated in a dirty building.

Senza indulgere in lussi troverete tutto quello che serve: letti comodi, doccia funzionale, the e caffè con distributore di acqua calda e fredda nella sala comune, un ottimo impianto di aria condizionata e un wi fi stabile e potente, tra i migliori del nostro viaggio nel Borneo. La struttura è a due passi dal waterfront, dove ci sono diversi locali carini, affacciati sul mare, in cui cenare o bere qualcosa.

Amazing location in Kinabalu Park. We stayed in a Peak Cottage and woke up to a wonderful view of Mt Kinabalu. The cottage was perfect for our family of three. Great to have a separate lounge area. For us, this was a stop over between Sepilok and Kota Belud. It was perfect for the night and a reprieve from the heat. Lots of information on walking trails in the area. We choose to visit the botanical gardens, and they didn't disappoint

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good
