The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

After 3 months of travel this has 100% been the comfiest bed yet, could even be the comfiest bed I've ever stayed on in my life 😅😅 The aircon was cool and quiet ! A tv that actually works !! We've not had a single tv that works when you switch it on , anywhere we stayed in Asia ! The facilities are high tech, touch light switches and light up mirrors Very very easy check in too, host has been great on WhatsApp Plenty of Shops and cafes surrounding the location, so good location and a daily food market outside Did I mention the bed was comfy? Really good value for money , thank you

Excelente relación calidad/precio. En el resto de Sabah los hoteles son mucho más caros que en la capital. Me alojé en varios hoteles y éste no estuvo mal, todo está muy nuevo y eso se agradece. El desayuno es muy completo y siempre podías beber agua, café o te cuando pasabas por la recepción.

We stayed for 3 nights at Nepenthes Suite. We were given the very last unit facing the forest in the Park. The room was spacious and very clean. Amenities provided was sufficient except that the pantry area was a bit small. We enjoyed the experience of the fireplace being lit up, and it was very very cold during our stay there. Breakfast spread was good except that we got a little bored of the same menu almost everyday..Taste wise, the nasi lemak was good, the noodles tasted delicious too. We enjoyed the Sabah Tea very much

The room and surrounding are superb! Mr Lee is super nice and help us with luggage. He waited for us to arrive to show us the place. The garden is well taken care , my family and I enjoyed the place a lot with the magnificent view of mt kinabalu. The room come with heated floor- this is a very thoughtful design of the room/chalet.
