Jason also organize tours and try to keep the group small which is really good compare to other company and Farid and Imran, the two guides, are really knowledgeable about the jungle and really fun !

Located in Taman Negara, Balai Serama Guest house offers tranquil and comfortable accommodations. Surrounded by lush greenery, it features a restaurant and provides free parking space on site. I was a little bit sceptical about the included half board option but it turned out to be the best decision. There were quite a lot of options to choose from and it was delicious. Also I usually do not book tours from hotels due to overpricing but it seemed they have regullar price + it was a nice lift forward and backward in a Hilux trunk seats. My family also liked a very nice and maintained tropical garden.

Offering a garden, Durian Chalet offers accommodations in Kuala Tahan. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking, and free Wifi. Durian Chalet felt like home. The staff were very kind and helpful, the rooms were clean, big, beautifully placed in the big property. I loved that my chalet was in front of a large patch of pandan, and it smelt wonderful. The chalet is located away from the main town square and that made it much quieter-something that I really wanted. Overall, I will definitely be coming back and staying here.
