With an outdoor pool and garden, Waterberg Guest Farm is situated a the foot of the magnificent Waterberg. It offers rooms and bungalows and a lapa area. Massages can arranged on site. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, view to the plateau. We particularly enjoyed driving around the farm with Edward. The receptionist kindly booked our game drive on the plateau. A special compliment to the chef(s) who provided good meals.

With a variety of game and bird species, Waterberg Wilderness - ONE Namibia is located 90 km east of Otjiwarongo. This private nature reserve offers views of the mountain plateau and Kalahari plains. We stayed here in the end of our 3 week trip through Namibia and it was the best choice for an end of the vacation. The location, the view, the silence, everything was superb! In addition to this, you have some easy hike routes in order to explore the surroundings. We have nothing to complain, we had enjoyed our dinner and breakfast, the staff was very polite and the room and facilities were more then we expected. We appreciated that place for the small number of tourists, for being close to the nature and the silence.

Objekat Cheetah View Lodge se nalazi na 34 km od znamenitosti Otjiwarongo Crocodile Ranch, a nudi smeštaj u kome su vam na raspolaganju vrt, terasa i bankomat. Na raspolaganju je besplatan WiFi. We had been looking forward to visiting the Cheetah Conservation Fund for a long time, and our 2 days there far exceeded our expectations. Not only the excursions, the Cheetah run, Behind the Scenes etc but very much the hospitality of Winnie and especially Himee, what fine people you are. The room, appartment actually and the food are top notch. In short, CCF is a must visit if you love Cheetahs and want to enjoy them in a comfortable way.

Offering an outdoor pool, barbecue and sun terrace, Aloegrove Safari Lodge is located 40 km away from Otjiwarongo. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with mountain or pool views. We chose Aloegrove to relax for a couple of nights after our 1,800 mile tour of Namibia. The communication with the hosts Johan and Ivy was fabulous during the booking process. The lodge is a good 20 mins along a track, well signposted, and by this point we were used to Namibian roads, so the uneven bits were no surprise. We were greeted by staff and showed our fabulous accommodation, spacious and the attention to detail was brilliant, bubble bath for the bath with a spectacular view, beautiful quality bed linen, ground coffee etc etc etc... Everything is there that you could need! We self catered for the first night with the indoor braai, we ate at the lodge the second night, the chef made a beautiful meal and fantastic breakfast with scrambled ostrich egg. Afternoon coffee and cake is also a real treat. we joined Johan and Ivy's tour of their farm and feeding their rescued big cats. So informative about the all the animals. I highly recommend the tour, it was great fun and we learnt lots. Johan, Ivy and their lovely staff cannot do enough for the guests. On our last morning we sat down with a map with them and planned our net trip to Namibia, they shared their knowledge of the best routes and places to travel to, of course we will start and finish with a stay at Aloegrove! We stayed is some lovely places on our journey but nothing matched the luxurious experience at Aloegrove.

Frans Indongo Lodge is located between Otjiwarongo and Otavi. The lodge offers a lush garden and and an outdoor pool. Very spacious and comfortable room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This lodge is perfect for travelers looking to spend the night between Etosha and Windhoek.

Featuring a swimming pool, a lounge and bar and a number of hiking and mountain biking trails, Otjiwa Safari Lodge is situated 30 minutes’ drive from Otjiwarongo on a game farm with 25 game species. Great place. We were surppised with this object. It is magical place and object itself. Great help from object personnel in repairing car.
