Located right at the edge, 1002 meters above sea level, is Skarsnuten Hotel. The hotel has a panoramic view of Hemsedal and with Hemsedal ski center as the nearest neighbor. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was sooo luxurious! The views are unreal and it’s by far the best hotel in Hemsedal! The breakfast was lovely, the rooms are nice and the spa is so relaxing after a day skiing, we used it most days on our 1 week holiday! I would 100% recommend this hotel! I would suggest having a car if staying at this hotel though as we ate in the town most nights and I can imagine taxis aren’t cheap!

Situated in central Geilo, this hotel is just 150 metres from Geilo Alpine Centre. Free services include Wi-Fi, private parking and a ski shuttle service. Amazing breakfast, large room. Central location in a small touristic town, right between the two main skiing slopes. Everything decorated with Christmas stuff (we were here December 7th), looked like we were living in a Christmas movie or postcard. We are not skiers, but it is an ideal place for skiing, and for others (like us) just to enjoy the view. Good value for the money.

L'hotel Dr. Holms està situat al centre de l'estació d'esquí de Geilo, a 300 m de l'estació de tren de la localitat. Everything was superb. SPA, bar, food, location. If you are looking for perfect relax after day trip, that hotel is for you. Really want to come back there 👍👍👍
