My partner and I loved the friendliness of our hosts, the delicious food served, and the spectacular location this accommodation was nestled in. Mr. B's family was so friendly, they included us in their son's first rice feeding and their other son's birthday which included dal bhat, beer, and cake. The food on the other hand was something we looked forward to throughout the day; our favourite was the tomato onion cheese omelet served with jacket potatoes and salad, yum. The location was astounding, it bordered Bardiya National Park and the gates to the park were a two minute walk away. Additionally, Mr.B's place offered guided jeep safaris, walking tours, and rafting safaris through the park; we did each and saw so much wildlife including rhinos and tigers!

The place is very tranquil and about a 5-10 minute bike ride to the market. They have a bike available for rent which did come in very handy. The room was comfortable and clean and WiFi worked very well. The staff is wonderful and very helpful with finding out bus schedules, planning a safari tour and offering guidance for the area.

They gave me quick response after i booked them that was so great for me . Then shardul started guiding me all the way from Katmandu .He gave us few option to reach bardia but we choose by flight .Shardul is soo helpful he helped us to get flight ticket in reasonable price from kathmadu to Nepaljung and he was there to pickup us at Nepaljung airport . He booked a jeep for me to reach bardiya which was so comfortable .And finally we mate at Nepaljung airport and he was such a cool guy. After one and half hour of drive we reach at the homestay . The way shardul treated me since the beginning my first impression was soo good to them. Every thing was so well managed me and my wife enjoyed the ambiance of home stay .They have comfortable and big room . They have very beautiful garden . Lighting of the garden during the nights are soo breath taking . Basu and sarita parents of shardul they welcome us with flowers. Basu shardul’s dad he is a teacher and he is always ready to share his knowledge about bardiya national park . Sarita she is amazing cook . We had some amazing food from sarita kitchen . Every one are so helpful at the property .we really felt like our home one of the best family i have ever mate. They managed us walking safari to the national park . Parkash the guide was king of the jungle .He has good english and knowledge about jungle about animals and so many things . We saw 3 Tigers 8 rhinos wow what an experience . Thank you Parkash for being our guide. We stayed at tree house for one night it was really nice experience . Bardiya eco friendly homestay was one of the best place for us during our stay at nepal. Me and my wife we really enjoyed and had unforgettable memory with this family .shardul managed us a jeep back to pokhara. Thank you Shardul,Basu ,sarita and parkash for your best hospitality. We will see again.😊

Wild Planet Eco Retreat er í Bhurkā og býður upp á ókeypis reiðhjól, garð, sameiginlega setustofu og verönd. Meðal fjölbreyttrar aðstöðu á gististaðnum er bar og vatnaíþróttaaðstaða. Felt very welcome, simple accommodation but very functional, and in a beautiful setting, a really short walk from the park gates and village. Baba and team were amazing and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with planning onwards journey. It was great to chat and hear about all the amazing work going into education and conservation, it was great to support this.

If you would like to stay in a true Nepali homestay, Nanu and Kali’s place is amazing. They offer a very pure, yet comfortable experience. They have two rooms for rent, and live on the property themselves. Nanu will be able to guide you on hiking safari’s as well for a good price. Apart from that the food is amazing. :) Would 100% recommend anybody looking for a Nepali experience to go here!

Namaste Bardiya Resort er nýlega enduruppgert gistiheimili í Bhurkī, þar sem gestir geta nýtt sér garðinn og veröndina. Very friendly staff, good food, hot shower and cold beer in the evening made our stay great. We also did two jungle walking Safaris with the owner. He Show us animals we could have never seen without him. He's a guide for 22 years. One last thing: almost every third day the elephant comes to the river! You can watch him from their Terrace easily

Bardia Forest Resort er með garð, verönd, veitingastað og bar í Bardia. Gististaðurinn býður upp á herbergisþjónustu og barnaleikvöll. Great place close to Bardia. Wonderful staff and guides. They will arrange any kind of activity-jeep trip or walk, full day or half day. They organize it to your wishes, depending on what you hope to see. We even had a feast at a village house, with home made rice wine (fire water). Sitting around a fire, we had a great evening. I give this resort the highest recommendation possible.
