Otira Stagecoach Hotel byggdes 1865 och renoverades 1902. Hotellet ligger i hjärtat av nationalparken Arthurs Pass. Här finns antikviteter i hela byggnaden, samt riktiga och hästvagnar utomhus. A unique, 'out of the box' experience. The hotel is a living museum, with antique paraphernalia and curios everywhere. The furniture in the rooms is amazing. Feels like you have stepped back in time to the 1800s. Lester and Sam were excellent as hosts. Meals were great quality and value. The bar (available to in-house guests only) offered beer and wine at reasonable prices. There's not too much accommodation in the Otira / Arthur's Pass area with dining and bar facilities, so the Stagecoach Hotel fills a valuable niche.

Bealey Hotel har fantastisk utsikt över bergen, floden och dalen och ligger inom 30 minuters bilresa från 5 skidfält. Här finns en restaurang, en grillplats och gratis parkering. Great views from our one bedroom apartment. The room itself was large, highly speced and really comfortable. Dinners at the hotel were lovely, good quality food and the staff very friendly.

Pete's Place really is the prettiest little house we have ever seen. The garden is beautiful and lovingly laid out; the interior is surprisingly modern and very tastefully furnished. We were all particularly impressed by the bathroom. The equipment was very good, we had all we needed. Everything is clean and in top condition. In our opinion, Pete's Place is the ideal accommodation for 2-3 people on site.

Jackson's Retreat Alpine Holiday Park ligger i en fantastisk historisk regnskog och vandringsled. Här erbjuds 5-stjärnigt boende med tillgång till en trädgård och en grill. Kiwi cabin was really cute inside, very tidy, clean and cozy. The kitchen facilities were really spacious and the lounge was a cool place to hang out in the evenings. It was well signed and the staff were really friendly and helpful

Basic, Super 'Cosy' Cabin in The Middle of National Park and Mountains ligger i Otira och erbjuder gratis WiFi och utsikt över bergen. A great stay in a great location! We were thankful to have our own cabin to stay in the Otira/Arthur’s Pass area. Gary and Dawn were very helpful and took extra time to ensure that we were aware of what to expect from the cabin, what to make sure to bring, and that we were able to check in without issue. They were proactive and made extra effort to ensure a comfortable stay. They were also very quick to respond to any inquiries ahead of and throughout our stay. Check in and check out were super easy, and Gary and Dawn provided clear instructions and followed up so there was no doubt about getting in and out without issue. On chilly evenings, it felt like a luxury to be able to light a fire in the fireplace. There is also a heater if you need it, but the cabin is well-insulated enough that the cosy hut stayed warm enough through the night long after the fire went out. The kitchen is equipped with the appliances and accessories for preparing meals in the cabin. The cabin is spacious, has a full bathroom inside, and towels and linens are included. We were also surprised at how strong and fast the wifi connection is. Located in the beautiful mountain area, you can view the mountains from the cabin and on a clear night, the stars pop in the sky because it is far from light pollution. An all-around great deal for the area and a great home-base while exploring Otira and Arthur’s pass!

Mountain House ligger i Arthur's Pass, inom 17 minuters promenad från Devils Punchbowl Falls och 600 m från Arthur's Pass Train Station, och erbjuder boende med en gemensam lounge och gratis WiFi i... The hostel was so clean! The beds were fresh and cozy. The upstairs lounge area has a tea & coffee station - with milk which was a lovely touch. It's right in the centre of the village too. Would definitely stay again (:

Arthur's Pass Ecolodge ligger 13 km från Arthur's Pass nationalpark och erbjuder boende med en uteplats. I varje boendeenheter finns en balkong med bergsutsikt. The host was outstanding, the view was amazing, it was not what I was expecting, but turned out to be better than anticipated.
