Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay with their family. Personalens bemötande var otroligt bra. Alltid tillgängliga och så hjälpsamma. Servicen var obeskrivligt toppen. Jag älskade allting om hotellet. Älskar alla personal, vakterna, restaurang personalen, receptionen, lokalvårdarna och gym/pol personal. Angelica som jobbar på receptionen är otrolig fin och hjälpsam person.

The five-star Victorian style Al Aziziyah Boutique Hotel By The Torch is situated within an urban country estate within the city. A fantastic stay for a 7-day trip with my family (wife and four children, youngest is aged 2). We chose the hotel primarily due to the location but the real highlight of our stay was the wonderful customer service we received at breakfast. A special mention must go to Rami - he is absolutely fantastic at his job and showed very high standards of professionalism, kindness and communication. We had the pleasure of interacting with him and he consistently went above and beyond with his customer service skills and we miss him! I would also like to extend a special thanks Iman, Rose, Karla, Albin and Abdullah - who were all lovely at breakfast too. The hotel is well kept, rooms are satisfactory, gym was handy and it was very clean. We shall stay again.

The view was exeptional, the whole hotel is full of cool technology.The colour of the lights in the room are changeable.The curtains are remotely controlled.At the top of the torch the 360 IS ACTUALLY MOVInG. The breakfast was served in the Flying Carpet restaurant which was fully decarated with Persian carpets.The delicious buffet was scrumptious.The real highlight was the outside swimming pool that sticks out of the building
