Once I made the booking and got the contact details of the resort, the front desk staff Christian was kind enough to send us a video of the premises to check if it would be comfortable for her. He offered to bring food to our room without charging us for room service because of my partner's condition. I was having flu when I got there and requested for an electric kettle to be placed in the room so that I can have hot water form time to time. The hotel didn't have an electric kettle, but brought a large thermos filled with hot water for the next few days which realty helped me. The breakfast was superb and filling, consisting of fruits, eggs as preferred, pan cakes, fresh juice and coffee / tea. The staff Ezikeil and Elie were really great, who were taking care of our needs. The room allocated to us was right in front of Lake Kivu with a stunning view, The room is spacious with very comfortable king size beds.
