Well set in the La Medina district of Tunis, Dar el médina is located 17 km from Salammbo Tophet Archaeological Museum, 400 metres from Dar Lasram Museum and 500 metres from Kasbah Square. We were very well received from the staff. All of them were very helpful and polite.

Marwa, Mr.Khalil ). All did their best to ensure everything was top notch and gave much needed information about whereabouts even on food. The beautiful upgrade was a very nice gesture . Close to a lot of shops &cafes, but still quite with nice views on the lake and mountains. Tunisia mall is near. Easy to reach old Medina, sidibousaid, & Carthage . Comfortable bathrooms. Friendly staff everyone especially Aziz,Isam.

Dar El Jeld Hotel and Spa has a garden, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Tunis. This 5-star hotel offers a concierge service and a tour desk. This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location is wonderful, staff, architecture, food and attention to detail was impeccable. You really feel like you’re being treated to something special by staying here. I hope they open another location in La Marsa or Sidi Bou Said! Also it is good to book directly through the hotel’s website!

After visiting the sites, don't forget to try the indoor pool and Hammam. We enjoyed the time here so much, especially the amazing breakfast
