Hotel staff were amazing, letting me check in early as I had an early flight to Odessa, and were very helpful throughout the stay. Great facilities, and there is a good shop opposite which was very handy.

Accommodating. Although I asked for two beds, we were given a room with one. Staff upgraded us for free to a two bed room.
