This is a lovely hotel in a super quiet neighbourhood. The staff go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. They're just brilliant! The room was really spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is a massive dressing room at the same time. Breakfast is great and plentiful, you can even have it in your room. Room service is great. The gardens are lovely. There's a big parking garage with plenty of spaces.

Exceeded my expectations considering Vinnitsa is not really a tourist city, especially not for Western foreigners.
