Located in Egg Harbor, the Ashbrooke Hotel is an adults only facility offering a sun terrace and hot tub. Free private parking is available on site. It was very clean and the amenities were easily accessible. The area itself wasn’t busy and just overall felt homey

Featuring an outdoor pool and tennis court, Country House Resort is located in Sister Bay. This adult-oriented accommodation offers fishing, cycling and hiking facilities. What is not to like? The location is idyllic. Each room looks onto Sister Bay and hills surrounding it. The light fixtures in the room are stylish and modern. The bed looked to have been purchased a few days before. The TV screen is utterly enormous, and the DVD player easy to use. The shower is state of the art, and the flooring is spectacular. The breakfast was plentiful and the offerings varied. In the morning, three deer stood in front of the office. Ten seconds later, seven more came out from the bushes. The hiking path to town allows you to avoid cars and amble through nature into downtown Sister City, which is liberally peppered with good eateries and brew pubs. The staff were all very nice and helpful in every regard. This may be listed as a two-star hotel, but one feels like a king staying there.

Featuring an indoor pool and hot tub, Open Hearth Lodge is located in Door County’s Sister Bay. The town centre and access to Lake Michigan are 3 minutes’ drive away. Free WiFi access is available. Very friendly welcoming with the information we needed. Showed us the restaurants in the village which were open. Good breakfast and cosy setting.

The location of this motel is perfect for exploring Baileys Harbor - all the main restaurants and shops are walkable. Great property with chairs to relax near the water and you can see the lake from each room. Everything we needed was provided. Communication with the property owners was easy and they made check in quick and seamless. We'd be happy to stay here again on a return trip to Baileys Harbor!
