Whilst doing a whistle stop tour of California, this Inn/hotel was a brilliant find. The general feel you get as soon as you are greeted by the very friendly reception staff is of a relaxed and clean hotel. The pool area is wonderful. There are so many free additions like popcorn, hot chocolate, games, books, fire pit that make your stay feel special. The Toulouse restaurant next door serves tremendous food swell. It's only a short 8-10 min walk to the cable car. We were there for one night but have now rebooked two extra to recharge the batteries. The rooms are very well presented and modern with a homely charm. We stayed in the cozy king room, which isn't huge but more than adequate. Value for money for this stay was another wonderful reason to stay here.

The hotel location is fantastic; the view of the lake and mountains and snow is so amazing. I loved my room view, and it's the peace of heaven. So please don't waste your time and book non lake view! Also, the food at their restaurant is delicious. I have already recommended the hotel to all the people I know!
