Staff are amazing, right from the minute we walked through the door, we were made to feel so welcome. Bathroom was lovely, fantastic facilities. The shower was great, loved the fact there was a bath and the toiletries provided were lush. Outside of the hotel, the boardwalk is literally a two minute walk away and there are some great local restaurants. Everyone we met in Asbury Park was really friendly and helpful, we will definitely be back!

My five year old son also left his teddy bear there which was very special to him. The owner was very nice and the teddy bear is on the way back now. We really really appreciate everything there!

We have been going to showboat every year since 2017. This year the rooms in the bourbon tower were completely renovated (I dont know about Orleans tower where we stayed last year) the lobby had very exiting activity for my grandkids. The hotel doesn't have a casino which makes safer security wise and for the kids to move without being exposed to gambling environment.

Everything! Indoor pool was so nice & warm I forgot it eas freezing outside. Parking was great, low cost $ 7 , freezing for members & free if parking across the street in the lot, The gameroom was better than most, restaurant nice & cozy, we brought our food, our basic studio even had a stove & nice size fridge, people listen I'm trying to return this Sunday at these discount prices, man!
