Phuoc Thanh IV Hotel is located in Vĩnh Long, 24 miles from Vincom Plaza Xuan Khanh and 24 miles from Ninh Kieu Pier. The hotel is new, modern, clean with large rooms. It is easy to access, has good WIFI, strong showers and secure parking. The staff were friendly and despite having limited English all my needs were met. It's next to food places but you'll need a motorbike to get around as it's too far to walk into town. 5 min drive to town.

For me it's a perfect location. I had the end room overlooking the water meadows, it a great view and get's a decent breeze on a hot day. It's a great place to relax. The staff are so friendly, they were lovely.
