Swiss Diamond Hotel Prishtina er klassifisert med 5 stjerner, og ligger sentralt, ved siden av nasjonalteateret og parlamentsbygningen. Personalet var meget hyggelige, gjestfrie og vi følte oss veldig velkommen. Vi fikk et smil og et "hei' uansett hvor vi beveget oss og det virket som at de var glade for å ha oss der. De ansatte åpnet / holdt dørene for oss og bærte bagasjen vår rett opp til rommet. De var veldig profesjonelle, vennlige og snakket bra engelsk. Det var lett å finne fram, var romslig og pent innredet.

I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

First the staff each one of them was so nice and kind. The room is spacious. the bathroom big with air dryer. Light activated by movement sensor in bathroom and hall. The hotel provides wonderful kit of toothpaste and toothbrush very helpful to light traveling. The room was clean note to put the sign for room cleaning. Breakfast was wonderful. Located 12 minutes walk from city center. Parking available at hotel front free of charge no booking needed. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel.

He supported us about having taxi& shuttle from airport to hotel and from Pristina-Skopje. I would be preferred to stay in that hotel in my upcoming trips to Kosova.
