The first and the most important in this hotel is the staff! Everyone was just exceptionally good, welcoming you as if you are a family member. They create the atmosphere of relaxation and good mood. The complex itself is big, well maintained, consists of two hotels divided by the road but connected by a bridge. We stayed in the older part of the complex and we loved it although It needs some upgrades (gym for instance). Beach area is really nice. We appreciated that the music in the beach bar was not loud and one can enjoy the sound of the sea, it was very relaxing.

Buen desayuno, variedad y calidad. La habitación era espectacular, una suite con baño completo y toilette, 2 ambientes, vista al mar de frente maravillosa, 2 balcones, nespresso. Pero fue gracias a un upgrade que nos dieron, hecho que agradezco a la persona de recepción que nos lo dio, sin solicitarlo. Vi otras habitaciones con vistas muy encerradas y escondidas y otras muy expuestas a la vista de otros huéspedes. El consejo es elegir “vista al mar”, siempre es más seguro no sólo por la vista en si, sino por la privacidad. No conocía la zona, pero fue excelente la elección del lugar. Esta cerca de Chania y del aeropuerto mismo nombre (20 km aprox), pero en una zona más abierta donde todo está edificado lateral al mar

Amazing breakfast with many choices. Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms were great. We had a ground floor room and since we had a baby with the stroller the access to the room was so easy and comfortable. The pool was very clean and the beach was right in front of the hotel.

Excelente hotel, muy grande, cómodo y lindo. Habitaciones gigantes, con cocina, terraza. Muchos amenities, toallas, pileta, shop, bar, restaurant. Muy completo. El personal muy amable siempre!

First of all our room was upgraded. It’s connected to the beach so you can choose the pool or the sea. The breakfast area is lovely next to the pool or the roof terrace which over looks the beach, it’s a nice way to start off the day. It’s just off the Main Street but is so quiet. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooms are cleaned every day - which you can also opt out of. There’s two different pools on each side of the complex. Plenty of sun beds. Little shop on site. My girlfriend had a cake delivered to our room on her birthday which made her day (thank you)! It was just what we needed!

The resort was like paradise. From the friendly and welcoming staff to the events team who work tirelessly to look after the kids. The pool was clean and huge, plus there were lots of other activities to stay busy. The food changed daily so we never got bored, maybe a bit fatter than when we arrived tbh The bungalow with a pool we were upgraded to made our holiday holiday extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.
