Outstanding hosts at Mandarin, feels just like home! We had a pleasant 2-nights stay and it was total relaxation for us. The ambience was great, very clean, all the staff were great, Chef Amir made the best of dishes (breakfast was also top notch) and extra stars for the GM Mr. Hany! There are different activities at Mandarin but unfortunately, we were only there to basically eat, sleep and enjoy the beach though I am sure they would be just as great. If you are looking for a great affordable place in Zanzibar then Mandarin Resort it is!

Hotel staff and management are extremely friendly and helpful, the pool area is the perfect place to relax during the day and the beach restaurant is the PERFECT sunset place in the evening! On the 1st night we had a seafood bbq buffet, overlooking the ocean, it was spectacular!
