“Such a horrible experience. After booking online and travelling several kilometers to this hotel, a female staff told me the place is full and there's no room for me. That this hotel doesn't use the online platform again. I was horribly turned away like a refugee. I had to waste another money to get a taxi to God knows where a total stranger in Kumasi was heading towards to sleep that night. BLOCK THE ONLINE PLATFORM FROM CUSTOMERS IF YOU'RE NOT USING IT ANY LONGER. THIS IS COMMON SENSE.
